New Jersey BASS Nation Youth Events
Our Mandatory New Jersey Youth Bass Nation kickoff meeting is taking place on Tuesday, March 10, 2020. The location of the meeting is 210 Espanong Rd, Lake Hopatcong, NJ 07849. The meeting will be running from 7:00-9:30 P.M. Please have all of your paperwork filled out and ready to hand in along with the $75 fee (cash preferred). Also, make sure if you didn’t have one before, you have a National BASS membership – $10 (Link can be found on the bottom of this email). Boat Captains must have a copy of proof of insurance and the entry form. If you DO NOT attend, chances are you will not be allowed in the club. We will do our best to accommodate all YOUTH anglers on boats; attending the meeting will increase your chances of getting a spot. If a youth fails to attend, there is no chance of getting on a boat. It is the high school team’s responsibility to get their OWN boat and captain. Any captain that is volunteering their time to help kids get on the water will be reserved as youth boats (2nd to 8th grade), as the mission of the club is to introduce youth anglers to competitive fishing. All questions will be answered; the rules, regulations, and tournament info will be read over for clarification. Please have all of the forms attached below signed and have ready to turn in at the meeting (do not email the forms back to me). The meeting will be entertaining with door prizes, guest speaker, 50/50 raffle to raise money for the club, and a pizza party to finish off the meeting. If you know anyone else that might be interested in the club, please forward them my contact information. If anyone no longer wants to be members in the club, please contact me to have your name removed from the email list. Look forward to seeing everyone there!
